Hello Fishfans, The seas this past week were what I like to call a little sporty at 3 to 5 and 4 to 6 for most of the week. The fishing overall this past week was on the slow side but we managed to catch a couple of Sailfish on most trips this week with Big Bonita,Dolphin or small sharks. The Dolphin fishing was on and off this past week but if yesterday is any indication the Dolphin are back in pretty good numbers. The cold front that pushed through this past week will provide a good Sailfish bite over the next week and if your ready to catch a few Sailfish and Dolphin give us a call and we’ll hook you up. The north winds and the currents pushing up from the south can provide a tailing condition for both Sailfish and Dolphin. When this occurs you’ll actually see the fish rideing down the waves, you can pitch them a bait or troll you baits right into their pa/it’s pretty awesome. The Sailfishing should remain good for the next couple of weeks and the Dolphin fishing will get better and better every week for the next 4 to 6 weeks. There’s plenty of Cobia in town and when the seas settle down you can run down the beach looking for the Big Rays and Turtles. The Cobia hang around under them just waiting for you to flip them a bait and bring’em home for dinner. I’ll be back next week with another fishing report from Stuart Florida, Sailfish Capital of the World. Give us a call and Let’s Go Fishing !
