Hello Fish Fans, The Sailfishing had been dissapointing for this time of year the last couple of weeks but all that changed this weekend. Friday was the first day of the Annual Pirates Cove Sailfish Tournament and the Sailfish decided to show up. There’s been 120 Sailfish caught on 22 boats fishing the tournament in the la/2 days and packs of Sailfish are popping up producing double and triple hook-ups from Stuart to Ft. Pierce. This 20 mile stretch is teaming with Sailfish and the Sailfishing will be excellent for the next 4 to 6 weeks. This is the same stretch of water that as recently as last week was hit or miss, a few boats got lucky and the rest of us never got a shot. The Sailfishing off the coast of Stuart will be Red Hot for at least the next 2 weeks and double and triple hook-ups will be abundant. You can expect 3 to 5 on an average day and 5 to 10 with a little bit of luck. Sailfishing right now is as good as it gets so give us a call and let’s go catch’em. I’ll be back next week with another fishing report from Stuart Florida, Sailfish Capital of the World. Catch you later, Capt.Wayne, Reel Busy Charters 305-304-9049 cell or 772-288-1332 home
