Welcome aboard the REEL BUSY and to another Stuart Florida Fishing Report. Dolphin for dinner and dancing with sailfish, you gotta love it. The winter migration is on a roll and we’re catching dolphin and sailfish on most of our Stuart Florida Fishing Charters. The winds and seas are settling down and we’ve got a few days open next week so give us a call and you’ll catch fish.
The cold fronts of November and December have the sailfish all fired up and hanging around the waters off the coast of Stuart. November delivered allot of small sailfish of 10 to 20 pounds and the 35 to 55 pound sailfish are showing up now. Packs of sailfish are pushing through and the only thing more exciting than catching a sailfish is a double or triple hookup.
The dolphin fishing continues to be good to excellent and 5 to 15 pound dolphin are abundant. The larger packs of dolphin are smaller fish of 4 to 6 pounds. The larger dolphin of 8 to 15 pounds are showing up in pairs or pods of 3 to 4. The vibrant yellow, blues and green make the dolphin an awesome sight to see in the water and they taste great on a plate.
Although most of the actions been sailfish and dolphin there’s been kingfish, bonito, tuna and wahoo scattered about as well. Now’s the time to get hooked up with Reel Busy Charters for a great day on the water catching fish. Call Capt. Wayne Brodeur 772-341-6609 Catch you later !
