Hello Fish Fans, The fishing this past week was a hit or miss, good for the lucky ones and slow for the rest. The combination of a full moon on Thursday and a front backing up back over us on Friday I think played a major role in the slow down this weekend. We caught a few Dolphin but the Sailfish never paid us a visit. The Sailfishing I’m sure will pick back up and the Dolphin will continue to be around to pick up the slack when the Sailfish take their breaks. There’s been a few Wahoo being caught and they should continue to show up on a regular basis over the next few weeks. November is one of my favorite months of the year for fishing off the coast of Stuart. The tempertures begin cooling off and there’s a wide variety of fish just a few miles off the beach. We’ll be catching Sailfish, Dolphin, Kingfish, and Wahoo regularly and when the conditions are right the bottom fishing for Grouper and Mutton Snapper is excellent. I’ll be back next week with another fishing report from Stuart Florida, Sailfish Capital of the World. Catch you later, Capt.
