Hello Fish Fans, The fishing off the coast of Stuart Florida was excellent for weeks but the last couple weeks of November slowed to a crawl. We still caught a few dolphin on most of our fishing charters with a sailfish bite here and there but it was hit & miss. The sea conditions got nasty as the cold fronts lingered through so we didn’t get out much the last 2 weeks but overall the fishing was on the slow side when we got out.
Yesterday morning started off hot with a couple of mystery bites, lost a sailfish after about a 5 minute show and caught a dolphin. The bite turned off for about 2 hours before we caught 6 dolphin, a single, a double and a triple hook-up. We saw a couple more sailfish that didn’t bite and there was several hooked-up around us during the day. The wind and seas are settling down a bit and the sailfish and dolphin should be eager to play the game.
December is here and we’ll be catching Dolphin and/or Sailfish on most of our fishing charters with Bonita, Kingfish, Tuna and Wahoo mixed in. Stuart Florida Fishing is excellent in December so give us a call and let’s go catch’em.
