Hello Fish Fans, The fishing off the coast of Stuart, Florida is good to excellent this time of year and if you’re ready to catch some fish give us a call and Let’s Go Fishin’ ! It’s Prime Time Sailfishin’ for the next couple of months and even on a slow day you can expect to catch at least 1 or 2 , 3 to 5 on a nice day and 10 to 12 if you get lucky. Dolphin are more known as a springtime/ summer fish but the Dolphin fishin’ is excellent throughout the winter months off the coast of Stuart. We’ve been catchin’ alot of Dolphin in the 7 to 10 pound range and 15 to 25 pound Dolphin on every trip. We’re not catchin’ 50 pounders this time of year but a 20 Lb Bull is a nice fight and great on a plate. The Kingfish are starting to show up and the Spanish Mackerel fishing has been excellent just south of the inlet in 30 feet of water. The biggest surprize this past week was a 106 pound Yellowfin Tuna caught by one of the tournament boats. Most of the Yellowfin Tuna we catch are 60 to 75 miles offshore north of the Bahama Bank so it’s a reel treat to catch’em while Sailfishing in our backyard.
