Hello Fish Fans, The fishing was excellent off the coast of Stuart, Florida this past week and it’s Mahi-Mahi Time. The Dolphin Fishing was excellent for most of the week with a nice mix of schooleys, heavy lifters and gaffers. The winds started blowing out of the s/sw on Saturday slowing the Dolphin fishing to a crawl but the winds will straighten out by mid week and the Dolphin fishing will get fired up again. The Sailfishing picked up this past week as the Sailfish begin migrating back to the north for the summer months. May is Prime Time for Big Dolphin in the 30 to 50 Lb class and packs of lifters and gaffers. The new moon is on the 14th next month so the Dolphin will be the most aggressive between the 7th & 21st. The Yellowfin Tuna haven’t made it to the corner of the Bahama Bank as of yet but they’ve started showing up off Lucaya so it’s anytime now. The fishing off the coast of Stuart Florida will be excellent during the month of May and we’ll be catchin Dolphin, Sailfish, Tuna, Wahoo and Blue Marlin aboard the REEL BUSY. Give us a call when you’re ready to catch fish we’ll hook you up.I’ll be back next week with another fishing report from Stuart Florida, Sailfish Capital of the World. Catch you later, Capt. Wayne
