Hello Fish Fans, The fishing off the coast of Stuart Florida was hit & miss the last couple of weeks so we’re reel busy catching fish one day and pitifully slow the next. The long awaited cold fronts have been pushing through for a few weeks now and Stuart Florida Fishing looks to be red hot in February.
The cold fronts have the sailfish on the move and packs of sailfish are starting to push through. We’ve been getting a few sailfish bites on most of our fishing charters but when the bite turns we’ll get 5 to 10 sailfish bites a day. With another front pushing through today and tomorrow we hope to find a red hot sailfish bite when we get back out there.
The dolphin fishing’s been hit & miss but we’re catching a few on most of our fishing charters. Some days we catch a dozen or more and some days it’s been a struggle to catch a couple. Most of the dolphin we’ve been catching are 7 to 10 pounds with a few up to 20 pounds.
February is setting up to be a great month for Stuart Florida Fishing and we’ll be catching sailfish, dolphin, tuna, kingfish, wahoo and cobia. Give us a call and take your pick, let’s go catch’em.
