Hello Fish Fans, The Sailfishing should be red hot this time of year off the coast of Stuart, Florida but the start of Sailfish Season has been reel hit & miss so far. Last year during the 3 December Sailfish tournaments there was over 600 sailfish releases and this year there was less than 300. We’re still catchin’ a couple on most of our trips but I’ve only heard of one boat to have double digit releases so far this December. There’s a mild front pushing through this week and it’s only a matter of time before the waters off the coast of Stuart, Florida are teaming with Sailfish. The Dolphin fishing continued to be good for most of the week but they disappeared over the weekend. The Sailfish and Dolphin are both moving around in packs so most of the bites have been multiple hook-ups which is always exciting. Overall the fishing from Jupiter to Stuart was good and we’re catchin’ fish but it should be excellent this time of year and it’s only a matter of time. I’ll be back next week with another fishing report from Stuart, Florida Sailfish Capital of the world. Catch you later, Capt. Wayne Brodeur, Reel Busy Charters 772-341-6609
