Hello Fish Fans, The fishing off the coast of Stuart Florida is starting to show signs that springtime fishing is on the way but it’s still a bit on & off thanks to temperatures in the 40’s again last week. Springtime Fishing off the coast of Stuart Florida is usually excellent during the months of April & May and we’ll be catching Dolphin, Sailfish, Cobia, Wahoo and Tuna. The Dolphin fishing continued to be hit and miss again last week but we’re starting to see more gaffers and a few over 30 pounds. Some days we catch a dozen or more, some days 3 to 5 and some days it’s been a struggle to find one. Hopefully the cold fronts that have been passing through the last couple of weeks will cease and we’ll start enjoying a more consistent Dolphin bite. There was a few Sailfish, Cobia and Wahoo around last week but like the Dolphin fishing it was hit & miss and not consistent. We took a sporty ride to the corner last week to check out the Yellowfin Tuna bite and they’re starting to show up. The conditions left a lot to be desired but we did manage to catch one Yellowfin Tuna, Blackfin Tuna’s and a few nice Dolphin. There was plenty of Flying Fish and as the weather warms up the birds and Tunas will be more abundant. I look forward to getting back out there in a couple weeks for some red hot Tuna Fishing. The fishing off the coast of Jupiter and Stuart is excellent during April and May so give us a call and Let’s Go Catch’em. I’ll be back next week with another fishing report from Stuart, Florida Sailfish Capital of the World. Catch you later, Capt. Wayne, Reel Busy Charters 772-341-6609
