Hello Fish Fans, The fishing off the coast of Stuart, Florida continues to be good but the westerly winds have scattered the weeds and busted up the weedlines. We called it early one day due to stormy conditions and a slow bite but the rest of the week we managed a nice catch of Dolphin. The Dolphin have been scattered about with the westerly winds and we had our best day the the East Side of the Gulfstream. The weedlines are picture perfect on the east side and there’s more Dolphin than boats so it’s usually worth the extra bucks. We haven’t seen many 30 or 40 pound Dolphin yet but there’s been plenty of 15 to 25 pound Dolphin on both sides of the Gulfstream. The Dolphin fishing will continue to be good to excellent throughout the summer months with a bit of a slow down around the full moons. The Sailfishing’s been slow but there’s a few scattered around and if you put your time in you’ll probably get an opportunity or two live baiting the current edges. There’s been a few White Marlin caught over the last few weeks and Blue Marlin are starting to show up feeding on Schooley Dolphin in the deeper waters of the gulfstream. We’re catching fish and you can too just give me a call and well hook you up. I’ll be back next week with another fishing report from Stuart, Florida Sailfish Capital of the World. Catch you later, Capt. Wayne Brodeur, Reel Busy Charters 772 -341-6609
