Hello Fish Fans, It’s been tough fishin’ off the coast of Stuart, Florida this past week and had to cover allot of water to catch’em. We managed to catch a few Dolphin and/or Tuna on every trip but overall the bite was slow. Blackfin Tuna have started arriving on Push Button Hill but but they’ve been hit & miss and not many over 5lbs yet. One day we ran out to the hill caught about a dozen Tuna in an hour before hunting down a couple of Dolphin but the next day caught only 3 Tuna in an hour & a half. The Tuna fishing will continue to improve as we transisition into spring. Blackfin Tuna will be stacking up on the hill feeding on squid & Flying fish in the updwelling currents of the gulfstream. The Dolphin fishin’ has been a pick for a couple of weeks now but it’ll fire back up any day. The last couple of days we’ve all been tied to the dock with 7 to 10 foot seas but it’ll start settling down this afternoon and it’s looking good on into the week. Saturday was our last day out before the wind and we only caught a few Tuna and a couple of Dolphin on a 1/2 day but we marked allot of bait susspended in the water column. The fish follow the bait that starts settling in around the reefs & wrecks of Jensen Beack, Stuart and Jupiter this time of year. The Sailfishing is a bit hit & miss this time of year but anytime there’s bait on the local wrecks you’ll find a few sailfish eager to play the game.  The fishing should be good this week and here’s a few species to condider: Sailfish, Dolphin, Wahoo, Kingfish, Tuna, Cobia and Sharks. We catch’em all and you can too just give me a call and we’ll hook you up with the trip that’s works for you. I’ll be back next week with another fishing report from Stuart, Florida Sailfish Capital of the World. Catch you later, Capt. Wayne, Reel Busy Charters 772-341-6609
