Hello Fish Fans, The fishing off the coast of Stuart Florida is excellent right now and we’re catching sailfish, dolphin, kingfish, bonita and sharks. Sailfish and Dolphin are the main attraction this time of year and February’s off to a great start.
The Dolphin fishing’s been excellent and they’re always fun to catch. Most of the Dolphin we’ve been catching are 5 to 10 pounds but we’ve been catching 15 to 25 pound Dolphin on almost every fishing charter. The Dolphin fishing is consistently good this time of year off the coast of Jupiter and Stuart so give us a call and let’s go catch’em.
The Sailfish haven’t been as consistent as the Dolphin but we’ve been catching a few. One day we’ll catch a couple and lose a couple to go with a box full of Dolphin but the next day it’s all dolphin bites. The cold fronts are finally rolling through more often and the cooler temperature have the Sailfish on the move. We saw more Sailfish last week than the week before and expect a red hot sailfish bite reel soon.
The cooler water temperatures and abundance of bait along the coast of Stuart and Jensen Beach will have the Cobia stacking up around the reefs and wrecks reel soon. There’s been a few around but the red hot bite is on the way.
