Hello Fish Fans, The fishing off the coast of Stuart this past week was good but not as hot as it has been the la/2 or 3 weeks. We still managed to catch 1 or 2 Sailfish on every trip but the Dolphin fishing slowed up a bit and we only managed to catch 1 or 2 on most of the trips and 4 on another. The fish are still here in numbers but the last front scattered both the flying fish and the weeds so the fish are scattered between 80 feet of water and 500 feet. The Sailfish are still moving through in packs so when you find them it can get red hot but we had to spend a little more time fishing to find them this past week. There’s still plenty of small Blackfin Tuna out on the hill which is unusual for this time of year but they’re smaller than what I’d like to be catching. The fishing may have been a little slower last week but the conditions were picture perfect making for a beautiful day on the water. The fishing will continue to be good to excellent so if your visiting Stuart or the surrounding areas give me a call and let’s go catch’em. I’ll be back next week with another fishing report from Stuart Florida, Sailfish Capital of the World. Catch you later, Capt. Wayne, Reel Busy Charters
