Hello Fish Fans, The fishing off the coast of Stuart Florida this past week or so was good if you’re targeting Sailfish but it wasn’t so great for Dolphin and Tuna. The Dolphin fishing has been slower than normal for this time of year and to make it worse most of the fish have been too small for the 20″ minimum. We caught a few in the 7 to 15 pound class last week but overall the Dolphin fishing was dissapointing. The Blackfin Tuna were stacking up on Push Button Hill about 10/12 miles offshore and the bite was good to excellent but it slowed to a crawl last Sunday. I don’t know where they went but they’ll be back and ready to play the game. The nice thing about fishing the Gulfstream waters is it will turn on just as fast as it turned off. The Sailfishing has been good to excellnt on most days and if you’re a sportfishing enthusiast you’ll enjoy Sailfishing this time of year. On a full day trip you can expect to hook-up 2 to 4 Sailfish on most days and you’ll be Reel Busy catching Bonita, Dolphin, Kingfish between the Sailfish bites. I’ll be back next week with another fishing report from Stuart Florida, Sailfish Capital of the World. We’re catchin fish and you could to, give me a call and we’ll hook you up. Catch you later, Capt. Wayne, Reel Busy Charters
