Hello Fish Fans, The fishing reports for 2008 will be bi-weekly like they used to be with special reports mixed in from time to time. I enjoy writing them a couple of times a month but weekly was kinda like a second job. The Sailfishing was slower than expected in January but they’re here in numbers now and that means Red Hot Sailfishing for February just like last year. Everybody caught at least one or two Sailfish yesterday and the best is yet to come. January was tough last year as well but February was as good as it gets and I look foward to the days catching 4 or 5 instead of struggling to catch 1 or 2 like it was in January. The Dolphin and Kingfish have been plentifull on most days and this will continue thru February. The Cobia will start showing up in February and be plentifull thru March. Snook Season will open on February 1st and Snook fishing at night is a must if you like light tackle plug fishing. I’ll be back in a couple weeks with another fishing report from Stuart Florida, Sailfish Capital of the World. Catch you later, Capt.
