Hello Fish Fans, The fishing off the coast of Stuart, Florida continues to be good and a 35 lb Bull Dolphin was the highlight of the week. We we’re draggin plastic catchin’ Blackfin Tuna on chuggers and jet heads on the hill when the monster bull smashed the jet head and took to the air. I was quite sure a bull this big would have a girlfriend so while the fight continued I began firing out a ballyhoo on a spinner and dancing it across the top of the water. She showed up and crashed the bait but I was dancing it and she stole the ballyhoo off the hook. She wasn’t so lucky the second time and the reel was singin’ my favorite song. The Dolphin fishin’s still hit & miss so a 3/4 day or full day is recommended but we’ve been hittin’ more than missin’. We’re still catchin’ Blackfin Tuna on the hill but it’s not as fast and furious as it was a few weeks ago. The Dolphin and Tuna both seem more interested in playing the game late morning through the afternoon and not as interested in the morning. We’re seeing more debris out in the gulfstream lately and we caught a handfull of 7 to 12 lb dolphin off a 10′ bamboo pole floating out in 450′ of water. The Sailfishing slowed down the last week or so but yesterday and today they’ve began showing up again. The Sailfishing should be excellent the weeks surrounding the full moon this month and you can expect big summertime sails. The Snapper fishing should be good this month especially around the full moon. I’ll be heading out for Grays and Muttons this week and I’ll let you know about the bite in my next report. We’re catchin fish and you could to just give me a call and we’ll hook you up. I’ll be back next week with another fishing report from Stuart, Florida Sailfish Capital of the World.  Catch you later, Capt. Wayne, Reel Busy Charters 772-341-6609
