Hello Fish Fans, The fishing conditons off the coast of Stuart Florida this past week was on the sporty side and there was most fishin’ than catchin’. Bonita and Barracuda were plentiful but Sailfish and Dolphin were’nt as eager to play the game. The highlight of the week was watchin’  Sailfish pickin’ weed and chasin’ bait underneith the weed patch. It was an awesome sight to see when they left the weed and attacked our baits but we never got got hooked up. We had 3 or 4 Sailfish bites in an hour but the Sailfish won the game and we never got one to the boat. The Sailfish migration is a bit behind schedule but the tournament boats found a good Sailfiish bite over the weekend off Vero Beach and there heading our way. The seas conditions look great this week and the full moon has passed so I expect the Sailfish and Dolphin to be much more eager to play the game. Give me a call and let’s go catch’em. I’ll be back next week with another fishing report from Stuart, Florida Sailfish Capital of the World. Catch you later, Capt.
